2. Use of collected information

Once the Company have obtained the users' information, it will be maintained securely in the server of the Company until requested to cancel or self-login and cancel by the user; and subject to legal requirements and the internal policy, may be retained and used by the Company after deactivation of the relevant services where such information is still required for the purpose for which it was processed.

The Company may collect collective and impersonal information through 'cookies'.

We will screen and verify all requests beforehand. The Company has the right to amend or modify this Policy from time to time and, in such case, the Company will make a public notice of it through the bulletin board of its website (or through individual notice such as written document, fax or email) and obtain consent from the users if required by relevant laws.
